Should you be unable to install the Safe Exam Browser (SEB) on your Windows operating system, please first make sure that you have downloaded SEB from the link in your Personal Area > Online Test Access and that you have run the latest updates for your Windows 8/10/11 version.
Please also check that you are connected to the Internet and that you have sufficient disk space for the installation of SEB (at least 5 GB available) from the path Settings > System > Storage.
If the problem occurs again, we recommend that you install the most recent version of Visual C++, available on the following page:
